🐾 Pet Disclosure & Rules

We are happy to welcome well-behaved pets at Eagle's Nest! To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, please review the following pet guidelines:

• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, with a combined total weight of 50 lbs or less.
• No other animals (including cats) are permitted without prior written approval.
• The yard is not fenced, so dogs must be kept on a tether or under constant supervision and under verbal control at all times while outside.
• Please ensure your pets are:
  • House-trained and non-destructive
  • Respectful of furniture and bedding (we ask that pets stay off the beds and couches)
  • Quiet and well-mannered, especially in respect to neighbors and wildlife
• Clean up after your pets inside and outside.
• Any excessive shedding, damage, or cleaning will result in additional fees.
